Did you know that approximately 80% of people fail to keep their New Year's resolutions by February?

Specifically, exercise-related resolutions are challenging to sustain. By January 31, 43% of individuals have already broken their New Year's resolution, with exercise goals being notably difficult to maintain.

To succeed, you need a system, not just a wish! You need actionable tasks, a sense of progress, and a coach guiding you every step of the way.

FAQs

1.Do I have to be a member at your gym?​
Nope! You can do this from anywhere, any gym, and even at your house. The challenge is all online. The only reason you would come to my gym is if you wanted to get your free Inbody Scan or if you are looking for a gym close to home that isn't crazy with January Resolution gym goers.

2. Do I have to live in Boise to join this challenge?​
Nope! This challenge is open to anyone in the U.S. All workouts, coaching, and resources are provided online, so you can participate from anywhere.

3. What’s included in the challenge?​
You’ll get:

4. What are the program levels, and how do I know which one is right for me?

  • The Comeback: Feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start? This program is perfect for beginners or those starting fresh after a long break. It focuses on rebuilding your routine, confidence, and consistency with manageable goals and sustainable habits. No need to worry about intense workouts—you can focus on daily movement and nutrition, with optional workouts if and when you feel ready. If you’re tired of all-or-nothing approaches that leave you burned out, this is the reset you need.

  • Lifestyle: Struggling to find balance between fitness and your busy life? This level helps you stay consistent with effective workouts and habits that fit into your everyday routine. It’s ideal if you’re tired of yo-yo dieting, feeling like you’re “on” or “off” track, or just want to maintain your progress without extremes. Whether you’re returning to fitness, maintaining your current routine, or setting small, achievable goals, this program offers the flexibility you need without sacrificing results. I like to say, this is where 80% of your fitness life should be—balanced and sustainable.

  • Goal Digger: Ready to break through plateaus and push yourself to the next level? This program is for those who want to see big changes in a short period of time. With advanced workouts and a more structured nutrition plan, it’s designed to challenge you and deliver results. If you’ve been frustrated by lack of progress or want to maximize your effort, this is the program to dive into. While it’s not a long-term approach, it’s a focused strategy to reach your goals before transitioning to a maintenance plan.

5. How are workouts delivered?​
Workouts are delivered through my app and come with video demonstrations. You can workout whatever day or time works best for you, it's all based on your schedule. You'll have gym or home workout options, depending on your preference. (or switch back and forth between gym/home)

6. What happens if I have an injury or pain?​
No problem! I’ll provide modifications to help you work around injuries or limitations while still making progress.

7. What kind of nutritional guidance is included?​
This challenge focuses on sustainable, non-restrictive nutrition. You’ll receive weekly nutritional goals that change week to week, educating you on multiple approaches with food. I also provide many tips, and coaching to help you build habits that last.

8. How much does the challenge cost?​
The 6-week challenge is $149. After the challenge, new clients will transition to a $27/month membership unless they cancel during the challenge.

9. Can I cancel my membership?​
Yes, you can cancel at any time during the challenge and still participate. If you don’t cancel, your membership will continue at $27/month after the challenge.

10. Do I need special equipment?​
For gym workouts, access to standard gym equipment is recommended. For home workouts, you’ll need a few basics like dumbbells and resistance bands. (amazon storefront will show you what I suggest)

11. What’s the time commitment?​
The number of workouts required for the week will depend on your program. Generally, my workouts are 30-45 minutes, using supersets to get the most out of your time. You’ll also have a daily step goal and cardio for the advanced program.

12. Can I do this challenge if I’m a beginner?​
Absolutely! The Comeback and Lifestyle programs are specifically designed for beginners or anyone restarting their fitness journey.

13. What’s Myzone, and do I need it?​
Myzone is a heart rate monitor that makes tracking effort during any fitness activity much easier. While it’s optional, adding Myzone to your registration comes with a $70 discount.
